To achieve excellent production standards in our operations and maintain the high quality of our products, we have a breeding stock of high genetic value, which ensures the attributes of good flavor in the meat and the quality that characterizes us. In our Artificial Insemination Centers (CIA) we house specialized studs for artificial insemination.
With advanced technology and ISO-9001 certified, we guarantee constant genetic improvement to all our production farms.
We have three plants with the latest technology for the production of balanced feed meal based on corn, soybean, wheat, among other grains, and highly trained specialists in the processes of elaboration and control of our products.
We place special emphasis on animal welfare and the environment. In our farms we carry out the reproduction, breeding and fattening processes. Our facilities guarantee a high sanitary level environment free of the main swine diseases with automated technology, free access to water and feed, preventive medicine and specialized ventilation systems, we guarantee that our pigs live in an optimal environment for their development, completely free of stress. We have technology for the responsible use of water and the conservation of the native forest.
With our Contract production model we incorporate into the productive dynamics groups of producer partners from the communities and individuals, totaling 72 production units in Yucatan, always updated and attached to our standards and regulations. This creates an economic synergy that generates jobs and development in the communities neighboring the operation.
We have three packing plants, two located in Yucatan with a focus on the export and domestic markets, and a third plant in Guanajuato.
Once the pig fattening process is finished, we have them available for the production of high quality meat products. In our plants, different cuts of fresh, frozen and post-processed pork are elaborated for the satisfaction of our customers. The meat goes through different procedures that guarantee its safety, freshness and quality.
Our plants located in the towns of Umán and Sahé, in the state of Yucatán, have the approval to export to three continents, which recognize the quality and excellence of the installed processes.
In Kekén we produce and commercialize a wide variety of pork cuts, products and by-products that satisfy the needs of the national and international markets.
