As part of our flagship project “Quédate en el campo”,

we drive community initiatives focused on improving families' living conditions by fostering environments that are safer, healthier, and offer greater opportunities for development.
Through a locally grounded approach, we collaborate with communities to bring services closer, strengthen social well-being, and contribute to a better quality of life, thereby encouraging people to put down roots and fostering holistic development in the areas where we operate.

These actions contribute to:

Strengthening family well-being
Promoting habits for prevention and health care
Facilitating access to basic services and resources

Community health

We bring basic health services to communities in the state's interior, helping to reduce barriers to access and strengthen family well-being.

Medical clinics and health fairs

Health is the cornerstone of all social development; for this reason, we continue to implement programs dedicated to caring for communities by providing free, high-quality medical services and check-ups to prevent conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, among others.

Through our Kekén Medical Care Centers “CAM” and “Health Fairs"—held in partnership with the UADY volunteer group—we help expand access to free healthcare services within communities.

In 2025:

  • 16,745 people benefited
  • 12 medical centers
  • 12 health fairs
  • +120 UADY volunteers

Addiction prevention

The social responsibility we have toward communities has a positive impact on young people, notably through the implementation of informational talks on addiction prevention for middle school students, featuring broad participation from various schools across the municipalities.

These actions enable more people to access health services without having to travel outside their community

Community strengthening

We foster close ties with communities through initiatives that strengthen participation, collaboration, and local development.
We work in coordination with various stakeholders to generate positive, sustainable impacts in the region.

Nourishing lives

We recognize that nutrition is a key factor in people's well-being and development. Through the “Nutriendo Vidas” (Nourishing Lives) program, we help strengthen food security in Yucatán communities by providing high-quality protein to vulnerable groups via community kitchens.

A collaboration framework was formalized in coordination with the state DIF (System for Integral Family Development) and its municipal branches, enabling the monthly supply of pork.

Target groups:

  • People with disabilities
  • Older adults
  • Pregnant women
  • Children in vulnerable conditions

This program contributes to:

  • Access to safe, nutritious food
  • Strengthening community kitchens
  • Improving family well-being
  • Promote a diet based on products with certified safety standards

Our distribution approach aims to ensure that the value we generate translates into better nutrition, greater well-being, and more equitable opportunities for people.
