Labor inclusion of people with disabilities

Since the year 2021, the “Kekén T-Incluye”

initiative has been created, taking an important step towards labor inclusion, offering formal and secure jobs to people with hearing, visual, motor, intellectual, psychosocial and short stature disabilities.
To date, almost 200 people with disabilities have been hired, making Kekén’s inclusion model a national benchmark on the subject and as agents of social change.

The inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace takes several forms:

an internal culture with informed and sensitized employees, constant training to strengthen their knowledge and address concerns on the topic, specialization in universal accessibility with facilities suitable for optimal mobility, and the promotion of equal treatment and support for those entering the workforce for the first time.
